When should I throw my Lip Pigment out?
Your Lip Pigment is made with Vitamin E Oil as a natural preservative and to ward off germs. However, it will naturally break down between 9-12 months. Once it gets a funky smell or a beading of moisture, it is time to throw it out. Storing them in the fridge/freezer slows down the break down of the Vitamin E Oil, so refrigerate/freeze those off season colors when not in use.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship out your goodies within 48 hours max (weekends and holidays NOT included.) U.S. orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders should arrive within a 10-15 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, the current rate is $7 for Canada and $10 for all other International orders. PNK DIGGER is not responsible for any international fees incurred.
Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
Is my package insured?
Yes, Priority Mail Shipments include up to $50 of insurance and Priority Mail Express shipments may include up to $100. For more valuable shipments, please contact us if you would like to add additional coverage. First-Class shipments DO NOT include insurance.
Will you restock sold out items?
Yes, sold out items will be restock once a fresh batch is made of that item. Sign up for email updates for restocks.
